How to interpret the SDGs for a design purpose

Starting from the idea of carrying out a project that addresses a sustainable problem, specifically to generate an impact and achieve compliance with the SDGs.

The toolkit provides tools that allow the formulation of a specific problem and an accompaniment system for the correct structuring of the design process, which would facilitate the control and identification of impact factors for the “correct” development of the draft.

2 – Analysis of impacts

The analysis for design impacts is proposed to be carried out through six questions in relation to the four pillars of sustainability. Within the impact diagram, the possible relationships (in cause and effect) of situations in the project are shown in the same way.

3 – Formulate and analyze the problem related to the SDG within the aspects selected.
